Compatible with both gel-coated and non-gel-coated parts, it excels in hand lay-up, RTM, filament winding, injection/compression molding, polymer concrete, and more.
- ORCA SKIN - Hybrid Liquid Release Agent: A liquid carnauba-based wax hybrid that cleans while applying, minimizing buildup and maximizing gloss. With excellent slip and minimal transfer, SKIN Hybrid is ideal for polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. It works across a wide variety of molding methods, including vacuum bagging, BMC, SMC, and pre-pregs.
- ORCA SLIP – High-Slip Release for Difficult Parts: Utilizing crosslinking polymer chemistry, SLIP is a high-performance, no-sealer-required release agent for intricate molds. With a fast cure time and the ability to handle multiple cycles, it’s ideal for complex geometries and both gel-coated and non-gel-coated applications.
